Frequently asked questions

How much do handmade candles cost in Lake Havasu City?

What is the best type of candle wax?

Soy, coconut, and beeswax burn cleaner and longer than paraffin and hold scent well. Many Lake Havasu City makers use them, so ask what a shop pours.

Why is my candle tunneling or burning too fast?

It is usually a wick or wax-pool issue. Trim the wick to about a quarter inch and let the first burn melt the top edge to edge. A good shop can recommend the right size.
