Your candle
Most accurate: fill the jar with water to where the wax should stop, weigh the water, and choose "weighed".
Fill factor
A jar holds less wax by weight than water. 0.86 is the usual rule for container wax; beeswax is heavier (about 0.95). Adjust if your candles come out over or under.

How the math works
Fill weight = water weight × fill factor. Fragrance load is a percentage of the wax weight (fragrance ÷ wax × 100), so the fragrance comes out of the fill weight and your jar isn't overfilled. Pour temperatures and fragrance limits are the manufacturers' figures as listed in CandleScience's wax guide; always follow the instructions from your own wax supplier.
